We are aware of the public discussion involving charges against the owner of Bright Minds Academy, and we want to address our families and community directly.

Bright Minds Academy has not been accused of any wrongdoing and is not under investigation in connection with this matter. The charges being discussed publicly relate to a personal matter involving the owner and are not connected in any way to the operations of the school or the care of our students. No student, teacher, or staff member is involved in or connected to the events in question.

The safety, well-being, and daily experience of the children in our care remain our highest priority. Our school continues to operate as normal, with our team fully focused on providing the safe, nurturing, and supportive environment our families expect and deserve.

We are grateful for the trust our families place in us and for the strong, continued support of our parent community. That trust is something we take seriously every day, and it is reflected in the care our teachers and staff bring to their work.

Out of respect for privacy and the legal process, we will not be commenting further on personal matters. We appreciate the understanding of our community as we stay focused on what matters most: the children in our care.
